Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@lazybear.co with your order details.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, opened trading card packs, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
